This nomination form can be used for the following scholarships:

Boy’s NSSSAA QKF “No Regrets” Scholarship (Previously the Howe Sound "No Regrets" Scholarship)
4A Girls Provincial Scholarship

The above scholarships are awarded to the "Most Complete Player" as selected by a committee of Foundation directors with input from coaches and officials. A successful candidate will exhibit the following:

In the game of basketball:

Dedication to team success as the goal
Offensive skill with an appreciation for both team scoring and individual contribution
Defensive perseverance and commitment
Relentless pursuit of possession of the ball
Tenacity, intensity and heart on both ends of the floor

In his/her personal life:

Good sportsmanship represented by respect for his/her teammates, coaches, game officials and opponents
Character, leadership and determination in personal endeavours, academic pursuits and community involvement.
